The Elephant Girly-face

  • There once was a king who had an elephant named Girly-face because he was so gentle and kind
  • However, one day, some robbers came by and basically taught Girly-face how to act by the way they were talking
  • They said "Once inside the house kill any one who wakens. A robber must not be afraid to kill. A robber must be cruel and have no pity. He must never be good, even for a moment."
  • After hearing this, Girly-face started to act out and killed everyone which caused him to be ugly
  • The king heard about his wrong-doings and sent one of his wise men to find out what was happening
  • The wise man came to the conclusion that Girly-face heard some bad men talking; therefore, a solution to this problem is to get good men talking
  • After Girly-face heard good men talking about how it is wrong to hurt any one, he started being gentle and good again

Week 14 Story: The Golden Necklace

They grew up in the same streets, went to the same school, and did literally everything together until Linda moved away for college one day. Before Linda moved away, she gave Louise a golden necklace as a token of their friendship and told her to keep it safe until she come backs the next summer. Louise promised to take great care of the necklace. She kept necklace safe by wearing it around her neck; however, one day, the necklace broke and fell off her neck without her noticing it. Louise did not notice this until a few days later, but when she did, she did not bother to tell her best friend, Linda. The next summer rolls around... Linda knocked on Louise's door and said, "Bestie, I am back for the summer!" Louise came running to the door as soon as she heard Linda's voice.  "I am coming, Linda! I will be right there,"
